Natalie Bradshaw

Natalie’s work in communication has stemmed from a diversified career pathway, spanning from Broadway to the boardroom.

As a consultant, she began her career in New York City, working with Wall Street executives and corporate leaders at prominent institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Sloan Kettering, and Yahoo. Now, she works with prominent professional organizations, engineers, architects, insurance firms, law firms, university trial teams, women’s leadership groups, lobbyists,  and politicians.

As a Broadway actress, she spent the better part of a decade completing over 3,000 performances in prominent productions such as Mamma Mia, Jersey Boys, Sister Act, and Hair.

As a clinical scientist, she has published multiple research projects, including peer-reviewed publications in national and international academic journals such as the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), The Voice Foundation, Fall Voice, and the Journal of Singing. She has also published numerous chapters and articles for professional organizations, corporations, and continuing education courses.

As a voice / cognitive rehabilitation therapist, she obtained graduate-level training at the University of Pittsburgh, achieving the prestigious Emeritus Award. Her clinical work included specialty centers such as the UPMC Voice Center, the NYEE Voice Center, and the polytrauma and brain injury center at the Portland VA. She was later recruited by the Colorado Brain Recovery Center to assist high performing individuals (e.g. CEOs, University Professors, etc.) maintain their career performance following brain injury.

Full Cadence is the combination. We incorporate clinical expertise, medical rehabilitation research, and Broadway performance skills into a holistic communication approach.
